This information is collected exclusively through Stripe, our secure payment processing partner, and managed via Climbo, our trusted review platform provider. We do not retain or store payment card details; these are handled securely by Stripe.

We use the personal information provided to:

  • Send automated review requests and reminders via SMS or email to your customers using a phone number provided by Eleview (we do not use customers’ personal phone numbers for sending SMS)

  • Facilitate customer engagement and feedback collection

  • Improve the services we offer

Your information is used solely for the purposes of providing and improving Eleview’s review management services. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any unauthorized third parties.

3. Third-Party Platform Logins

If you log into your online platforms such as Google, Facebook, or others through our services, Eleview does not have access to or visibility of your login credentials or personal data stored on those platforms. Only you can access that information directly through those platforms.

All personal information collected through our services is securely stored by Climbo, a Forbes-listed company that follows strict data security and privacy standards. Climbo employs industry-standard measures including encryption and access controls to safeguard your data.

Eleview does not store any personal data on its own servers, minimizing risk and ensuring your information remains protected by the highest security standards.

We only share personal information with third parties essential to delivering our services, such as Stripe for payment processing and Climbo for review management. These partners are carefully selected and required to comply with strict privacy and security obligations.

We do not disclose your personal information to any other third parties for marketing or other purposes without your explicit consent.

Personal information processed by Stripe and Climbo may be stored and handled outside Australia. Both providers adhere to international data protection standards to ensure your data remains secure and confidential.
